Jason Knight is an experienced leader with over 30 years in Technology Sales and Marketing, Solution Selling, Channel Management, Sales Training, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Public Relations. Jason has a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue, profitability, and organizational targets and now focuses on bringing this success to his clients.

Don Edwards | Co-Founder

Don Edwards has been in the IT industry since the 1980’s with experience in selling and delivering IT services and solutions to companies throughout all of North America. During his career, he has been involved in many startup organizations, growing via Mergers & Acquisition, as well as profitable organic growth.  In addition to his strong technical and operational business skills, he has been involved in many non-profit organizations assisting in both hands-on work as well as providing leadership.

Jordan McAllister | Co-Founder

Jordan is an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas. His experience includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating large commercial contracts with companies ranging from small businesses to the Fortune 500, as well as several years of software configuration and integration experience. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.

Ian Ashe | Co-Founder

Ian brings 7+ years of contract management and negotiation experience as well as experience as a corporate representative in and out of the court room resolving contracts-based disputes. Ian is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.
